We offer homemade mlinci; thin dried flatbread that is prepared by pouring boiled salted water or soup over mlinci.

Mlinci are made with eggs and flour and we also offer a gluten free option.

Turkey with mlinci is a classic, traditional Croatian cuisine, especially in Zagreb and northern Croatia. It is marinated and oven-baked turkey. Traditionally, it is served with thin-dried flatbread called mlinci.

Sarma or Croatian cabbage rolls are are made of sauerkraut leaves and meat filling, typically served with homemade white bread or mashed potatoes also accompanied by slow cooked dried meats.

Zagrebački odrezak is a variation of the Wiener Schnitzel or Cordon Bleu named after the Croatian capital; fried meat, usually pork, filled with ham and cheese.

 

ODOJAK

Odojak is a traditional holiday dish. Usually a made by roasting a whole suckling pig on a rotating spit.

Samoborski kotlet is a traditional Croatian meat dish originating from the city of Samobor. The dish is made with pork loin, oil, potatoes, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper usually served with cooked potatoes.

Fritule is a Croatian festive dessert resembling little doughnuts, they are traditional Christmas treat that is crunchy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside.
